Like many CTOs, I often find myself balancing between high-level strategy and staying hands-on with the tools that matter — coding, shipping, and keeping up with modern infrastructure.
PulseOne started as a personal exercise to keep my technical edge. I wanted to stay fluent with Cloudflare Workers, experiment with modern JavaScript, and explore how AI could enhance content delivery — all while solving a very real pain point I felt daily: keeping up with tech news without the clutter.
What began as a sandbox for skills is now a product I use every morning — and as of today, it’s live in public beta.
The initial idea was simple: create a single place where tech professionals — starting with myself — could find high-signal updates without endlessly scrolling through fragmented sources.
Instead of overengineering the project, I set a few clear priorities:
What started as a weekend project quickly turned into a functioning MVP, now available in US 🇺🇸 and FR 🇫🇷 versions, each with country-specific headlines. A built-in podcast player lets users switch between reading and listening seamlessly — a small but important feature for busy schedules.
